Throughout this journey, he has honed his skills and pushed the limits by competing in multiple Spartan Races, weightlifting events, 5ks, triathlons, and numerous CrossFit competitions such as the Summit Games, Mountain West Championship, and the CrossFit Quarterfinals. He has tested his physical capabilities and loves and embraces the community spirit that defines the sport.
With a background in traditional weightlifting, wrestling, and calisthenics, Sheldon brings a unique perspective to the CrossFit arena, blending strength with functional fitness.
